Grander Together Event : Crafting Memories, One Fizzie at a Time

On November 29, 2025, the Grander Together movement officially launched with an inspiring atmosphere filled with laughter, wisdom, and connection. Chairperson Mrs. Alison Lim reminded us that grandparenting is about joy, learning, and shared experiences. The event honored “Grand” grandparents and the enduring values they pass down to younger generations.

At Hoilistic Harmony, we were thrilled to be a booth partner, bringing our mission of Wellness made simple and fun to life through a hands-on activity designed to spark intergenerational bonding.

The Highlight: DIY Toilet Fizzies Station

Our booth was buzzing with energy, attracting not only grandparents with their grandchildren, our original targeted audience, but also a pair of young sisters, a young mom with her baby girl and her aged mom, and even a lady with her elderly mother. All rolled up their sleeves to joyfully create eco‑friendly Toilet Fizzies together, showing that wellness made simple and fun resonates across generations and beyond. This unexpected welcome brings a ray of joy in our hearts as we do our sharing.

What They Made: Eco-Friendly Cleaning, Made Together

Using just natural powders and Lemon & Tea Tree essential oils, each pair created their own batch of fresh, bubbly Toilet Fizzies.

Families left with their frizzies still in their molds, excited to pop them out the next day and see their creations come to life. Along the way, parents gently taught their little ones about wellness and simple toilet hygiene, turning a small activity into a meaningful habit.

More Heartwarming Moments Around the Event

Beyond our DIY Toilet Fizzies booth, families also explored a variety of meaningful and fun stations. Senior volunteers taught ukulele to curious little hands, NGOs like Focus on the Family shared insights on strengthening home values, and families played interactive games, like guessing grandparents’ favourite foods. There was even a hands-on corner where participants learned how to revive “dead soil” by creating their own compost. Together, these stations added layers of learning, laughter, and connection to the Grander Together Launch.

As we packed up at the end of the day, one thing was clear: when wellness is simple and joyful, it becomes a natural bridge between generations. The Grander Together Launch beautifully showcased how powerful a community can be when grandparents, parents, and children come together to share skills, stories, and smiles.
