Have you ever watched someone create something beautiful with their hands—quietly, gently, without needing to say much at all? That was the energy of our November 1st Soap Making Workshop. A small, cozy gathering. Just two participants. No fanfare. Just the soft hum of anticipation and the gentle fragrance of lavender, peppermint, wild orange, and lemongrass weaving through the air.
We began in silence. Not because there was nothing to say, but because sometimes, creativity blooms best in stillness. Our two guests arrived with shy smiles and a clear preference: no photos of their faces, please. And we understood. This wasn’t about being seen, it was about feeling safe enough to create.
As the workshop unfolded, so did their confidence. They chose their soap bases opaque white vs transparent glycerin. Then, they began melting the base, trying out various essential oils and blending with botanicals with quiet delight. The room warmed with laughter, soft conversation, and the occasional “Ooh!” as a scent combination sparked joy. Their hands moved with care, pouring into snowflake-shaped mould, flowwer-shape mould, decorating with dried petals and swirls of colour that talks to them.
And then came the moment....The unmoulding.
We captured it in a short video clip, just their hands, steady and proud, revealing the final creation. No faces, but all the emotion. The snowflake soap slid out perfectly, its edges crisp, its scent dancing in the air. It was a quiet triumph. A moment of “I made this,” spoken not with words, but with touch.
Above the video, you’ll see photos of other soaps made that day—each one unique, joyful, and unapologetically expressive. The products weren’t shy, even if the makers were.

This isn’t just soap making; it’s two hours of quiet, fragrant therapy where the only pressure is deciding which essential oil to use. It’s a space where introverts thrive, where creativity is valued, and where every participant leaves with something they've created and something they've felt.
For anyone new visiting us, this is what our workshops are truly about.
This isn’t just soap making; it’s two hours of quiet, fragrant therapy, where the only pressure is deciding which essential oil to use. You don’t need experience, only the willingness to slow down and enjoy the moment.
If you’ve ever thought, “I’m not the creative type,” this little class will gently prove you wrong. Because in our space, everyone is an artist.
